Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and to provide the best service possible customers can reference this section for policies, procedures, our process and frequently asked questions. Below you can find a plethora of information including booking with special request as well as cancelations and much more.
Booking:
- All events must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
- Any special/unique customizations may require more advanced notice than the 30 day requirement.
- One of a kind and/or unique accessories may cost more depending on the required level of difficulty to create, alter or acquire said items.
- It is the customer's responsibility to notify a Majestic Impressions By Jennifer Representative of any special requirements for events prior to making security deposit.
Rescheduling:
- Due to the complexity that goes into planning and preparing events we typically don't encourage customers to attempt to reschedule their event after booking the initial appointment date.
- Customers may only attempt to reschedule their event if it is more than 30 days in advance and they may be subject a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee will cover the cost of any items, labor and deposits made on event locations.
- When attempting to reschedule the customers assumes the risk that the event location may not be available and the new or adjusted accessories may not be available by the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for unavailable equipment due to rescheduled events or deposits lost for event spaces.
Refunds:
- Majestic Impressions By Jennifer does not guarantee "full refunds" in any instance, however refunds that are requested before 30 days prior to the event will be attempted to be accommodated.
- Any purchases that are made from customer deposits or payments are subject to be loss and will not be included in refund amounts but may be reflected as an invoice or receipt of purchase for materials.
- Be mindful, service for events that are scheduled and paid for more than 30 days in advanced may result in Majestic Impressions event planner securing items, materials, equipment and locations earlier and may effect the ability to receive a refund at the 30 day mark if at any point at all.
- If their is a death, injury, financial hardship or other unforeseen emergency circumstances that needs to be relayed as soon as possible to prevent Majestic Impression event planners from further planning, labor and/or purchases on behalf of your event.
- Identity verification is required for any and all refunds.
Cancelations/No Shows
- Cancelations will not result in an automatic refund.
- Please consult with our professionals before considering a cancelation. Our staff have been in a lot of scenarios and made a lot of situations work that customers and other companies have retreated from. Let us help you in your consideration of whether to move forward with your event or not.
- Not showing up to an event, "ghosting" your event planner or erratic/inconsistent communication will result in slowing the progress made Majestic Impressions By Jennifer event planners and staff and may also result in your event planner halting your affair.
